How long will it take to receive payment after I submit my invoice?
It will take approximately two weeks to receive payment after submitting your invoice. Invoices are collected throughout the first week and are signed by the CREATE facilitator and submitted to the Superintendent every Friday morning. Early in the second week the Superintendent will sign the invoice and forward it to Payroll for processing. Invoices are only processed and directly deposited into your account on Thursdays.

School holidays will affect the duration of time that it takes for processing. If you require a list of invoices that you have submitted to date please contact the CREATE facilitator.
